"Kypriaki has been a family favourite for many years. On my most recent visit for my mother's birthday (with three generations attending), I learned that Kypriaki is moving into the large modern building next door. While I will miss the cozy atmosphere and authentic design of their current cramped quarters, the popularity of their consistently excellent food and service makes it really difficult to manoeuvre through the crowded tables any night of the week. I really hope to see the atmosphere re-created, maybe even some of the details preserved in the new location. And when you do visit, be sure to try the saganaki!" ☆ 5 stars ☆

"Kypriaki is a gem in the sea of subpar restaurants in North Vancouver. We don't have a lot of choice over here, and if I'm looking for a great meal out, I head to Kypriaki. The food is so delish. The moussaka has never disappointed me, the roast lamb is tender and rich and the calamari is pretty damn good, best in North Van for sure. The tzatziki and hummus are great, especially when you get a particularly garlic-y batch. The kypriaki pasta is the only pasta I ever order out, it's got chicken and mushrooms in a port wine cream sauce ... so good.
For dessert, I always go for the chocolate eruption cheesecake. It's a cross between cheesecake and chocolate cake, and I've had so many friends try and love it whether they liked cheesecake or not. As long as you're into chocolate, you are gonna dig it. The chocolate heaven mousse is also very good too.
They're about to move to a different location right next door and it sounds pretty cool! More space, bar, patio, and what I'm most excited about is the pizza. If they make a Greek pizza I think I might have to add that to my favorite food rotation I do whenever I eat there or order delivery." ☆ 4 stars ☆

"My most recent visit to Kypriaki was to pick up a couple of chicken souvlaki dinners to take home on a Friday night. The food was excellent as always. This quaint little restaurant is my family's favourite. We've been coming here for over a decade with friends, extended family and out-of-town guests. Everything about this place is comfortable and inviting. The food is healthy, varied and reasonably priced. We are looking forward to checking our their new location (and patio) at the end of the month." ☆ 5 stars ☆

“Will definitely become a regular here. The food was outstanding; had the roast lamb and it melted off the bone. It came with rice, potatoes, tzaziki, pita bread and salad. The portions were huge and I asked to take the leftovers home and enjoyed them the next day in a pita pocket. We enjoyed the Greek house wine and all in all it was great value and great food at reasonable prices.”

“Perfect! We have been going here since we first discovered it a couple of years ago. The ambience is just beautiful, with the little lights and authentic music and decor. The food is also amazing, full of flavour and a great value for the amount that is given. The waitresses are also extremely friendly, and welcoming! I've never been disappointed!”

“My good friend had her wedding reception at Kypriaki’s for about 45 family and friends. The dinner was amazing, the service was friendly and inviting and the whole feel of the evening was cozy and relaxing. It was a very memorable evening. So we wound up going there for dinner every few months! Once we had a newborn, we discovered that they deliver the same fantastic food to your door! Definitely the best Greek food on the North Shore!”

“Having been to quite a few Greek restaurants, we have found Kypriaki’s to be the one that suits us the best. An intimate atmosphere within a lively environment. Quality service is an expectation, which is always delivered upon. With a great variety of traditional Greek dishes, Kypriaki’s has produced consistently an authentic product of very high quality, not only for dining in, but also for its take-out fare. We don’t go to other Greek restaurants anymore.”
